Alexis lost 7.6 pounds and her results show that it’s about more than numbers on a scale. She’s been focused on nutrition and working out since January. Her hard work paid off and her before and afters say it all. Check out how she did it.
What was your motivation? What inspired you when you wanted to give up?
My main motivation is health. When I wanted to give up I remembered that summer is coming. I also remembered how much I want to be happy in my skin.
How did you change your eating habits?
I ate more fruits and veggies and less sweets. I had cheat meals and drank more water.
What did your workout routines look like?
I worked out 5 to 6 times a week doing the Beachbody program, Focus T25. I also ran 3 times a week using the Couch to 5K program.

I started at 210 pounds and ended at 202.4 pounds.

I started on Jan 2, 2017, so it took 11 weeks.
What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
Find a program that fits into your schedule and stick to it. Push yourself to the max during workouts. Nutrition is the most important factor.
