For exercise for now focus on walking...then speed walking.....then dance...things that will not hurt your core while you are healing.

Once your Dr clears you for core work...then add along with your walking: weight lifting, yoga and pilates. These things work the core without harming the core.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m 46 years old.  Just had a hysterectomy a couple of months ago.  I weigh 245 lbs. I&#039;m insulin resistant. My goal weight is 150.  I have already started to walk 1 mile every other day.  I would like to do more but my body is still healing.  I would like to eat better as well.  I have an issue of coming up with some healthy dishes that I will enjoy and stick with.  Can you make some meal suggestion as well as some exercises that I can do now that will not hurt my core area?  Thanking you in advance!!!]]></description>
