Hello Amanda, you look great. I too have been on a weight loss journey of stopping and starting and using every other product heard of for trying to lose weight. Nothing worked. So I have came to the conclusion exercise, eating right and lots of water. I thank you for sharing your story…..!!! And you are right the thing most that we need to focus on is to NEVER give up, no matter how hard it gets!!! I have learned that I have to take little steps to reach a bigger success. I have loss about 15lbs and have about 135lbs more to go. And every story I read on here gives me that much more motivation. Thanks again!!!

Your journey is awesome and I am super proud of you and your success. You have had an amazing transformation but through all your losses you never loss your spirit! Not only is your physical transformation inspiring but overall who you are as a person is inspiring emotionally mentally spiritually and physically fit! So glad to know you! Yay!
