30’s I was on a see saw all my life Im 60 old trying to regain my life and live a long picture life.I was told when I was 23 I had PCOS and the metabolic until this day dont full instant I just know im 200lb over weight and im carrying another full size adult in my arms at all times I loss my husband mother and the man I called my father and my children grand and great-grandchilderen need me im there matriarch they have know one else.My weight has cause me to lose focus on life mentally spiritually and physically I need help bad.
