I have changed my eating and I exercise 6-7 days a week.  Thanks for the page it has been a real inspiration.  My next goal is to get under 250 lbs.  A weight I haven&#039;t seen in 15 years.]]></description>

Eating and Exercise are the keys to long term weight loss, along with commitment and consistency.  Both of these ways of eating will compliment a regular exercise routine. I GIVE UP! i have been trying so hard to loose weight i DO NOT suffer from any chronic illness thank GOD but people keep telling me i am not far from it i get so depressed at times all i do is cry i wanna be healthier for my 10yr old daughter i try dieting i try everything NOTHING WORKS! ive gymed and lost a few lbs but that doubled and came right back on ive tried can someone plzzzzzzzzzz help me what am i doing wrong i want to be healthier and happier 2]]></description>
