I too lost about 40 lbs before and gained it all back plus some over time in one of my initial failed attempts. I was unhappy, and played like “i just didnt know where to start”… the truth is, i Did!, i just remember how “hard” it was and didnt want to start over. But it isnt hard, you’ve identified that the way you lost it before didnt work for yiu. So do the research and find what might work better for your lifestyle.
