For years, I tried so many diets. Lost a few lbs. & gained them right back. I had gastric sleeve bypass surgery in 2015. I lost 50 lbs. I continued to get full during meals. In 2018 I started gaining weight even though I have
been eating small portions of foods. The dr that performed my surgery had left about 6 months after I had my surgery. I have been wondering if the sleeve by pass surgery was the best one for me. Should I have gotten the 1st one gastric bypass instead. I'm on a fixed income & I can't afford to be buying these products I have been seeing and in the long run they don't even work. It's just money wasted.
