I had to get rid of my scale yesterday I told my friend to take it to her house. I started my journey at 300 lbs and now I’m down to 262. I was focused on the numbers and not on how much better I feel and look and I was getting discouraged when the number didn’t move like i thought it should. It was good to read your story and see how you don’t go by the scale. It confirmed my decision to get that scale out of the house
