Complete the Daily Action and Reach the Daily Step Goal!
We’ve got a brand new checklist for August. Each day, we will work toward a minimum amount of steps* and commit to the positive action of the day… Just like we did in July! Download the checklist below.
- You will need a fitness tracker (FitBit, Jawbone, Garmin, etc), pedometer or a mobile app that tracks your steps via your phone. You will record how many steps you’ve taken each day on the checklist.
- Each day you will also complete the “Task of the Day” listed on the checklist. You’ll need a journal/notebook for this challenge. We are asking you to do some meal planning and take your lunch to work during this challenge so you may need to invest food containers and a lunch bag.
