Deadlift with Dumbbells
Standing Elbow/Knee Crunch
Squats with an Alternating Kickback
Jumping Jacks – Regular or Modified
Mountain Climbers – Regular and Modified for Beginners
PS: If you go to the gym and have access to strength training equipment, you may want to add in machine exercises, like leg press and leg curls. You can also do squats and dead lifts with a barbell.
