I attended my first live chat on Monday and I was more encouraged to take personal responsibility and to do it ! I saw so many women who exercise, try different types of plans and who are successful in getting their weights down and improving their overall health.

If I may encourage us with God’s help, I found a wonderful verse that may help those who speak negative doubtful thoughts about their weightloss ability. It is not true that we can’t lose weight, as we really really can.

The Lord says, If you speak what is worthwhile and not what is worthless, you will stand in my presence…. I am with you and I will save you and rescue you, declares the Lord. Jeremiah 15

If we can learn to be patient and loving with ourselves, I believe that we can open the floodgates to really challenge our belief system that is not helpful to us; I believe that we can really get competitive within our own minds and excel – monitor and eat well, move as we can and accept 1 pound weight loss at a time until we reach our weight loss goas. Go in peace my friend.
