					<description><![CDATA[I am so in for the permanent life style change.  You know every time I eat or think about eating I see my sister (CLEO&#039;s) face (deceased from Pancreatic Cancer 2011) All I can see is the pain and regret she displayed when she said that it wasn&#039;t until the end she realized that there were so many changes in her diet she could have made that may well have prevented it.   That is this game changer for me and my immediate family (my daughter and I) we are on this journey together. Sad but the stopping smoking was after the death of another sister of mine cancer of the esophageus 2005. My broher&#039;s death of lung cancer August 2012 lung cancer has embded a true harsh reality in my world.  In all of our readings we have 2 strikes against us (1) weight and race; we can&#039;t change the race but we can change the weight which is a contributing factor in many of the illnesses we face.......]]></description>
