					<description><![CDATA[I want and need to join because I recognize that I need to get healthy and loose weight. I’m 51, 5’2 at 250lbs. I haven’t been diagnosed with HBP or diabetes at this point but I’ve been over weight for about 30 years and I have been lucky. I have very poor eating habits and I don’t like vegetables and I’m a picky eater. I know that this journey starts with the right mind set and getting motivated all of which I’m lacking at this moment. I will start with the November challenge. This Facebook group is so inspiring.]]></description>
