BEFORE to AFTER I could tell you all of the things you would expect to hear that would go with this before & after picture… How many inches I lost… How much fat loss I experienced… How many sizes I dropped… Or how much less I “should” hate my body in the 2nd photo as per society’s unrealistic & screwed up expectations on women… But I won’t because none of that reflects my self-worth or why I took this journey. Here’s what I will tell you about that ACTUALLY DOES MATTER… My body could do AMAZING things in the first photo and I’ve ALWAYS been strong AF. I have big thighs, I have strong glutes (aka a booty that takes shape EASILY) and I KICK ASS at sports. I ate MORE to see these results and s had a hard time hitting that protein goal unless I was drinking protein shakes (**interesting in a world that tells women that they should always be dieting & eating less). My weight didn’t drastically change (about 5-8lbs) but my body became stronger, I became flexible and I got leaner from DOING BALLET MOVES. And all of this ACTUALLY created a space for me to LOVE myself a little every day, just one-on-one, just me and me. And I CRAVED that alone time– time for me to and push myself beyond what I’d done last time, just me vs me. And that’s where the magic lies. Showing up to prove you ARE capable of great things. And I feel so thankful to have a plan and a coach that builds me up and still helps me enjoy life while still building my body strong. If you want to know what workouts I did, what types of foods I ate and how I was able to see these results, you’ll want to join me in my next challengegroup.
