Hi teena, I&#039;m 5&#039;8. Good wise I cut out all fried foods and added sugar, I also switched all drinks for water and drank upto 3 litres a day for a year and still do. I also did a high protein low carbs diet for 8 weeks which was great for results do I Defo recommend. The 12 week challenge I completed can be found on www.bodybuilding.com and it&#039;s called Jamie easons 12 week  live fit trainer it includes weight training wit cardio for the first few weeks and as U go further cardio is cut down less and it focuses more on weight training which is great for burning fat and upping muscle mass cutting body fat mass.
