You have just inspired me to do better. I had the Gastric Band and after 41lbs… nothing happened. I did food protions, exercise, broil, baked, steamed,grilled etc…. and I have just maintained for a complete year. I am feeling so down on myself , but after reading your story God is good. I thank god for placing you on this site to show me, what I am struggling with is minor compared to where you started and where you are today. I feel as rush.
