Hi Valerie, I depends on how many calories are in the smoothies and your personal calories goals.  For most people you&#039;ll need either 1 meal and snacks twice a day with 2 smoothies, or 2 smoothies and 2 meals.  You don&#039;t want to be below 1300 calories.  1300-1600 is a good range.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[So I just started my smoothie challenge last night.  I got one in last night and another this morning.  This morning, I made a protein smoothie for 230 calories and I only drank half of it...as I&#039;m full already! I also did have my daily high fiber oat bran oatmeal.  Now I can have the rest of my smoothie as my morning snack, which will replace my other snacks at work. I&#039;m excited about that!

Also...fyi...I know Dollar Tree has frozen fruit (unsweetened) for a $1.  I&#039;m going to rack up on some today. 

I look forward to keeping up with this challenge ladies! .]]></description>
