					<description><![CDATA[I am committed to this challenge ...for the 45 min workout.. I am still learning about the food. I have some issues because I am not losing the weight..I am still drinking the smoothies an doing the workout and not losing but I am still trying. I refuse to give up! I know it&#039;s what I am eating ..just need more help!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I have been consistently eating clean and exercising daily, so e days more than the suggested 45 minutes.  I incorporated green smoothies I to this challenge and they have been delicious.  The first day was rough but I have over overcome the weak sick feeling.    Hope all the other ladies are having a good time and burning lots of calories as I am.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I decided to do this challenge because I need to make some changes in my life.  I have always enjoyed (yes, I said enjoy) working out but have always struggled with what I ate.  The excuse was always that I didn&#039;t have time to cook or that cooking for just me took too much effort.  Doing this challenge has forced me to reevaluate the foods I eat and how I go about preparing it. On the first day of the challenge I was still suffering from the flu and couldn&#039;t make it to the gym. I did however manage to eat fairly well.  I was determined to not spend another day without working out so for the next five days (Tue - Sat) I made sure to hit the gym for 1.5 to 2 hours.  I have also written down all the food that was consumed.  Though I was mostly successful in my efforts, I did have a few incidents where I strayed from clean eating.  That however did not stop me from going back to doing the right thing the next meal.  

I wish everyone who has taken this challenge the best of luck and thanks BWLW for all the motivation you provide.]]></description>
