					<description><![CDATA[I have had surgery on both knees and now I don&#039;t let my feet leave the ground, even in Zumba workouts, which i love! Do you have a modified list, that takes out jumping jax and such? Knees don&#039;t really like lunges either, but I do them to strengthen quads, heard that will help my knees.]]></description>
