I have hypothyroidism with my left thyroid removed. I have to keep my focus on staying healthy and not the scale for the scale can be very discouraging (down 5 pounds today and up 3 pounds tomorrow). So measuring how I feel, how much energy I have , and the way my clothes fit me, most of all trusting God through this journey. Keep the good work up!! To God be the glory for all He is doing!
