dont know how other women feel but to me i dont want to be too skinny. i'd like to hang on to some curves awile longer. my weight doesnt move that much. i used to be in the 180s then 190s. started dating and went to the 200 hundred mark which i have stayed in ever since. i can drop one to six pounds but gain it right back. if you could see me you'd wouldnt think i weight alot but i do. its mostly my stomach that's the problem. its bad when you sit down and your stomach meets your boobs. the biggest i ever weighed was when i was pregnant with my first child. 265 lbs. she was a nine lb baby. after which i came down to 235. still in the 200 range. i can wear some 16 to 18 clothes depending on how they're made. if i go bigger than that it'll be too big. what would you recommend?

I think that if we can visualize a smaller size as we lose weight, we can do it. As I look forward to my journey from 431 to 215 to 180, I have to literally ask others what size they wear and how much they weigh. This way it helps me to know what 'looking and being smaller is like. It's a wholistic approach to wellness - mind, body and soul. I look forward to the journey. It can be done. I am proud of all of us who are striving and I know the persistence will pay off.
