Mango Mint Mojito Smoothie

- 1 cup of frozen mango
- ½ cup pineapple, frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
- Load the ingredients into your blender. Start with the solids and then add the juice and coconut milk.
- Add a few pieces of ice if you would like a very frosty smoothie.
- Use 2 tablespoons of sweetener instead of one if you want a very sweet smoothie. Don't forget to add in those calories.
