Mango Mint Mojito Smoothie

Half mojito, half smoothie. This drink will let you slip into a tropic state of mind anytime of year.
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
  1. Load the ingredients into your blender. Start with the solids and then add the juice and coconut milk.
  2. Add a few pieces of ice if you would like a very frosty smoothie.
  3. Use 2 tablespoons of sweetener instead of one if you want a very sweet smoothie. Don't forget to add in those calories.
