					<description><![CDATA[I have added 2 green smoothies a day about 24 oz I drink a gallon of water and have 1 meal between 12 noon but no later than 2 pm. I exercise 4x to 5x week for 45 min. Weight lifting and cardio. I have only lost 4 lbs in a month.]]></description>

I recently switched to a whole foods high carb low fat vegan diet &#038; have been consuming 2500-3000 calories a day - mostly consisting of fruit, potatoes, oats, rice, legumes, pasta, greens, other veggies - &#038; I&#039;m already down about 15 lbs since 24 January. I suppose that&#039;s where calorie quality comes in?]]></description>
