Thank you essence for your wonderful and truthful Human weight loss story. I’ve lost 37 pounds and was feeling it should be more, but, your encouragement helps me to realize it is a life style change and it takes time. I’m the opposite of you in I’m getting the eating part down my don’t have a consistent work out schedule yet. But I joined a pre-diabetic group that comes with a membership, so I’m moving towards the light. 🙂 Also, just wanted to mention I see you are wearing a Parker shirt. I’m a Pittsburgh Steeler fan also. So I don’t know about you but I’m from a City of Champions. We are winners; we can do this! Thanks again!

Your are absolutely right, “slow progress is progress” there’s no “quick fix” for a life style change. Putting time in a having a positive mind set is key to success!!
