Many people think you have the surgery and all your problems are solved. They don’t understand you still struggle with cravings and hunger and wanting what you wanted in the past and that every moment of every day you have to choose healthy and choose life. I am preparing for surgery in May. My sister had the surgery and I see her struggle to eat well and exercise. But in the long run it’s worth it to get your life back on track. I wish you continued success and happiness for you and your daughter. Sorry for the run=on sentences.
