					<description><![CDATA[LaPrice, i understand.  My experience has been to just do it...its mind over matter until the taste buds change. Taste really is acquired. True, there maybe some tastes you may never adjust to..for me its brocolli and avocado...yuk. i did make the adjustment to healthy foods, lower sugar, lower fats, less salt. Now my body craves healthy foods...and once a month i treat myself to fried chicken and a delicious dessert at least once a week.  Also, i eat six to seven small meals a day (protein and veg.or or starch and veg) and i try to work out 5 days a week for 1 hour...my body has finally started releasing weight..two - three pounds per week.  I hope you find what works for you soon.  Godspeed or good luck.]]></description>
