I lost 3lbs but the truth is, I did not do smoothie 100%.  Its been once a day and on some days, nothing.  Will do smoothie this month too.  going meatless and sugar free.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I been totally well almost fully committed for the last 2 weeks and partially the first two.  I had to go through a transition.  But now I got this.  I have drop about 13 pounds maybe about 5 pounds of that was fluid.  But with this challenge I have not been bloated like I have.  I try new ways to make my smoothies.  I think I am training my husband with this new lifestyle change, hope I can make it last with him.  I gave myself a free day today but I did not do too bad.  I at some fried catfish and a large serving of collard greens and turned away from the fries and bread. I wanted to beat myself up. I still managed to keep my calorie count in range. I was 230 at the beginning of September and been at a stand still for years in that range.  Now since I made it this far and to reach 217 I am determined to be about 180 or less by the end of the year. Good luck to all and we can do this.]]></description>
