					<description><![CDATA[Thanks Ajima for such a great article. You are an inspiration to us all.  I been struggling to lose weight for over 15 years and it can be very heart breaking after spending a whole summer losing 40 lbs just to gain it back again.  I did a life style change in how I eat breakfast every morning in way of using samplers on a plate.  My plate consists of one indulgence ( a small slice of cheese, one hard boiled egg, several pecan nuts, carrot sticks and celery sticks.  I don:t use any salt or sugar. I substitute with other spices like all seasoning and  lemon pepper.  I now manage to keep a stable at 220 lbs and continue to lose about a pound per day with 20 minutes of exercise daily.  I also found another great thing that helps me lose dangerous belly fat, I really hopes it helps others too.]]></description>
