					<description><![CDATA[I am trying to get it into my head , I have tried all diet plans and some.work for awhile then I am up/down with the weight .I am trying to monitor my eating , but sweets are my down fall.I have started working out at the gym at least  1 to 2 times a week working on getting to 3 times a week..will Love all feedback on keeping Motivated and any suggestions are welcome  .
