hello,

I start of on the treadmill with a warm up session at a rate of 3.5 to 4. once I warm up I speed the treadmill up increase the rate every 2min...until I hit rate 7. I keep my incline at 3..or less. I weight train with 20lbs weights for my curls. I do a count of 15 and 4 reps...making sure my musles are flexed and the workout is effective. they key is to feel the burn...and keep your muscles flexed..don&#039;t forget your protein.  you will need it to assist you in a great muscle recovery.]]></description>
