I have so many health issues and really dont wanna do surgery doctors are telling me get breast reduction or gastrosleeve I feel like they just wanna get paid but I never have time for me I cant even walk sometimes cause my back is in pain idk wat to do I’m workin takin care of kids doing for everybody but me so when I get home I in indulge into bad things to help me lose weight but I’m ready
