I am a full time college student so I don&#039;t always have time to go to the gym.  I recommend checking out home workouts on Pinterest that don&#039;t require weights and will give you the same results as if you are at the gym.  I think I workout some days harder at home than I do at a gym. 					<description><![CDATA[i have been trying to loose weight for about 3-4 months. At first it was going well i was eating all the right foods and going to the gym 5 days a week, then i had transportation issue and i wasn&#039;t able to go to the gym. So i tried walking in the morning and again the evening that didn&#039;t go to well, i guess i was just used to going to the gym. I am still eating the right foods i just to exercise more PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!]]></description>

Thanks so much Wanda for reading my story! I would encourage you to take a look at your diet.  Diet is so IMPORTANT! You cannot out workout a bad diet! I live a Paleo type lifestyle.  I cut out processed foods, grains, dairy, red meat, and pork. If that is too strict for you, I would encourage you to just cut back. Try to eat more fresh fruits and veggies and lean meats.
