I’m a month out and I’ve lost only 20 pounds and struggling, I FL I should have lost more weight than this. I barely can eat without throwing up. And yes for the last two weeks I haven’t lost anything. I’m so scared that I will have done all this for nothing, it is very encouraging to read these stories of black wo.en like my self that are doing it! I know I must be patient and work the plan! Whoever says weight loss surgery is the easy way out is sadly mistaken, to me it’s the drastic way out! Thank you ladies for sharing!
