While I’ve been working out, I told myself today I could be lazy since I’m on vacation, but the devil is a liar. I’m getting dressed right now and headed to the gym with motivation, admiration and excitement.

Three weeks ago I made the commitment to start my weight loss journey of losing 100 pounds. I am just 5 feet tall and weigh 258 pounds. It hurts when people who are close to me comment on my weight gain because it’s taken so much effort for me to simply get to this mental place of determination.
