Finally a story that mimics my situation. My knee are in bad shape and knee replacement surgery is highly recommended...only I really don't won't to have the surgery. I go to the gym and try my darnest to stay there for at least 30 minutes, but I can barely breath while on the equipment. By the time I leave, I'm thanking God that I survived the gym and pray all the way home that I don't go into cardiac arrest. Six months ago I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. It's been a week since I've been to the gym...you just inspired me to return tomorrow. Thank you!
