$1600?? Wow. Have you considered purchasing the food online and going to different websites online for weight loss support forums and/or workout partners? (Meetup.com or Craigslist.org?) Purchasing the meals online cost me around $290 and once you get settled in you can incorporate foods that you already have on hand to supplement the Medifast meals. I bought a month’s worth back in May of 2013 and in 4 days I lost 14 lbs. Unbelievably I stopped due to depression from being unable to find a job after being laid off. I’m working up the strength to finish my month’s worth of supplies and I’m thinking about switching one or two of the daily snacks with a Green Juice Smoothie.
