					<description><![CDATA[OMG, Thank you so much for sharing your story.  I have been on a weight loss journey for 5 months; I lost 10 pounds the first 2 months.  After the 10 pounds I can not seem to loss any pounds and keep it off.  I am working with a trainer and my body is toned and I have loss inches.  But the scale is really messing with me.  I do take pictures and that keeps me motivated.

You look great and you have inspired me. :)]]></description>

I had a hard time being consistent with my workouts because I would get on the scale and weigh the same or more, even though I could see my waist getting smaller. The numbers really messed with my head. Plus, I too hate cardio. I have size F boobs so running and Jumping Jacks are not my favorite excercises. I get so bored with the elliptical. I love to lift weights and do calisthenics. Reading your story makes me think I&#039;m on track, I just have to keep going. Thank you for sharing!]]></description>
