Hello Neece I honestly couldn’t tell you the time frame of the major weight loss. after working out over time I found it easier to push harder and work harder when I remain unaware of the number on the scale or focusing the mirror image of my body..that way when i did finally look at the numbers I was sooo surprised! But I was aware of how my clothes fitted different of course. My energy gradually picked up over time. I felt like I was in my 40’s if not older lol when I first started, your energy comes from what you are eating as well.I worked to build up endurance by walking it helped so much!
