I have been fighting the battle of the budge for almost 15 years. Eleven years after loosing my mother and having to take early retirement my life changed tremendously. I became depressed and withdrawn. My refrigerator became my best friend. I gained 100 lbs. I have been fighting to lose this weight but have failed continuously. I now know that I need to pick up and start where I leave off. I no longer will beat myself up but will pick myself up and keep on working until that 100 is are gone. I want to be healthy and happy in the year of 2020.
