Hi Sherri! It really depends on the exercise.  But in general I do 4 sets of everything. Legs I&#039;m using 20lbs dumbbells for lunges and squats.  I usually do about 15 reps. For arms generally I use 15lbs for biceps and 10 for triceps still 4 sets of each exercise about 12-15 reps. It&#039;s really depends on what I&#039;m doing.]]></description>
