You sound similar to myself. I have not met my weight loss goal yet. I have lost weight over the years but the transformation with lean muscles is still a work in progress. The working out is the easiest part for me; it's the eating healthy consistently that's so hard. Meal prep is difficult especially when I'm tired from the days activities.

I think I'm at that point in the fitness journey where things need to be 'stepped up". Cutting back on sugar and working out 3x a week is great when you first start out but eventually the body gets accustomed to that, and I'm just maintaining my present body weight. I want to lose not weight per se cause I don't think I'm fat but I want to look like I work out. I want muscle definition. I enjoy seeing all the success stories and getting the tips. If I can just stick to a completely healthy diet for at least 3-6 months without increasing my workout routine, I actually think I'll meet my goal. I'm hoping to be able to post my own journey on this blog in the future. Hopefully.
