I have two young children under 3 but the need and desire to get fit and healthy is stronger than ever! I’m not gonna lie, this new mom body is bumming me out and I’m about 20 pounds overweight but see how great you look with a 18 y.o. makes me feel like I can look good and feel better than how I do right now.
