I too wondered the same thing...what I&#039;ve tried :1. Drink 16oz of water 10 min before the meal. 2. Drink 3oz of water if I&#039;m still hungry. 3. Wait a bit, Approx. 20 min after meal before getting more....hope this helpsd]]></description>
