Inspiring. I started my weight loss journey at a similar weight 180-185 lbs and height 5' 6.5" tall. I have used a combination of walking/running, and weight lifting, but the scale hasn't moved much. I am down to 177 lbs. I was encouraged when I read that it takes time, consistency, and patience with myself. I have been on this journey seriously since late January 2020. I have cut down on sweets, but not out. I have watched my portion sizes mostly and cut out 90% of alcohol. I can't wait to see where I will be in another 6 months. I went from a size 12 to a size 10 and on my way to a size 8. :-)
