I am currently looking into this and i have been in fear for what people may think (that i am lazy for not losing it myself) however like u did, i experience a lot of pain in my body. My current goal is to eat better and workout more.. That all will be necessary even with surgery. We are the same height and my current weight is 390lbs so i feel very relative to ur story. My heaviest was 290….never thought i’d see that number for myself.
Currently i’m 274 and on pre-op diet as I wait to have gastric bypass surgery.
