Hi Cynthia,
I too am type II diabetic...I went from 175 to 212 and now I am down to 198.  The fight to get health is real but it can be done.  I like what Julia recommended...doing one thing different.  Just start there and don&#039;t worry about the size you use to be for you are now aiming to be healthy.  I NEVER thought I could live without white rice, potatoes, pasta, but I am doing it.  I may occasionally have something splurge but I don&#039;t stay there.  I&#039;m learning balance.  You can do this and we are here to help you along the way...we are in this together so don&#039;t feel alone :)]]></description>

   Think of one thing you&#039;d be willing to do differently, make it easy so that you&#039;ll stay encouraged. I made the decision to move (in my case walk) with purpose for at least 15-20 minutes a day. My guess is you already spend more then that amount of time walking, at work, around the house, at the store. Make these steps count. The goal isn&#039;t to lose weight the goal is to be healthy.]]></description>
