I’m 5’7 also @ 198lbs.the most I’ve ever weighed it’s been difficult trying to in corporate better eating habits but I’ve started & actually I’m beginning to see (small) results but after all I got up and got to moving no more soda pray that I restrain from my weakness (sugar)cakes, from scratch I’m a Southern girl ya’ll.
