Thank you so much! Staying motivated and away from bad habits is a daily struggle...I&#039;m not successful 100% of the time but I have learned how to forgive myself and move forward the times that I stumble.]]></description>

I definitely have loose skin - some areas are much worse than others. With a lot of heavy weight training and just time, I was able to significantly reduce it but, my stomach and thighs have definitely been more resistant.]]></description>
