I also lost a lot of weight due to health reasons. I started in July of 2013 and have lost about 140 pounds by eating healthy and exercising. I also stopped eating beef and limit the amount of pork that I eat. I was on 80 units of insulin a night and medicine for high blood pressure. I am free of all medicine and feel great! !
