Thank you so much hun…. im sorry i just saw your msg. I did continue to share my story to inspire others. Its hard work daily to continue this lifestyle but i love it. Its been 6yrs now and i plan on keeping it this way. I’LL pray for you that you stay dedicated and have no more setbacks

I especially love the details & the way you explained the different stages of your weight loss. AND LOOK AT YOU….. YOU HAVE TOTALLY TRANSFORMED YOURSELF INSIDE & OUT! I know ‘you put a smile on God’s face”! I pray that you will remain dedicated to this new lifestyle. Unlike myself, I’ve REGAINED a 93 weight loss. I’M TERRIBLY EMBARRASSED about myself, because it’s not the 1st time I’ve regained a significant amount of weight back. HOWEVER, I too stand on God’s word “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”, no matter how long it takes or how many times it takes. Again, thank you so much for your inspiring story. I plan to read it over & over again as I begin my own journey.

Aww thank you Cheryl Hinton, yes God led me through this journey giving me the strength i needed and still do and he will do the sane for you. Yes it was a struggle but it was well worth it, i have so much energy now and have so much confidence. God knows how and when to show you where to begin, I’m here for support anytime.

I am defiantly inspired by your story, I am the biggest I have ever been in my life at 198 and I said this year I have got to lost this weight. I believe God has all the answers we need and you just confirm it with your story. Pray my strength in the Lord
